You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, without installing anything, using the form below.

What happens

• You are signed out on all devices straight away and the account is switched off.
• Within 30 days your personal details are permanently removed: name, email, phone numbers, address, date of birth, emergency contact, bank details, photo and KYC document, and your sign-in.
• Records the company must keep stay: attendance, payroll, expense, quotation, order and service records you were part of. They remain without your name or contact details (shown as "Deleted user").
• This cannot be undone. If you only need a break, you can simply sign out instead.

Ask for deletion

We ask for your sign-in details so that nobody can delete another person's account.

Can't sign in?

If you have forgotten your password or cannot sign in, ask for deletion by emailing info@mentorcrafts.com from the email address on your account, with your name and your role or branch. We will delete your details within 30 days.
